Possible surprise??

I miscarried may 27th and finally got a normal period July 2nd to the 6th and had sex the 7th.

A few days after I walked into my bedroom which is very clean due to ocd, I smelled cat pee very distinctly which made me gag but didn’t make sense because I don’t let cats in my room. Also, I noticed under my ribs and my way lower back I keep getting slight pain but almost constant. I also noticed I’ve had a pretty bad headache and my throat hurts. Also my left nipple has a dark ring around it and looks like puffy? I also have really bad diarrhea & my underwear look more wet?

I’ve been pregnant twice and the only symptom missing is hurting nipples. I just don’t know if me being pregnant directly after my period is possible?
