really nervous wearing contacts!!

i just bought contacts and i’m so nervous and having anxiety can’t even put them on! Im scared because i’m thinking “what if” i can’t take it out my eye? Or it gets stuck somehow! Please someone help me and let me know i’ll be fine and it won’t go anwhere but in the middle of my eye?😰
