I’m 3 months pregnant and worried!!!

This pregnancy has been so different to my last one with my son, my sickness and nausea has been so bad I can’t get out of bed some days! I’ve been having really bad pains the past few days and I’ve woke up this morning to a little bit of bleeding. Is this normal for being 3 months?? I’m starting to worry!
