195lbs 6'1" . Should I lose more weight?
I'm in the 25th percentile and I've been told I'm overweight. It's very difficult to find time within my busy schedule to workout, is it worth trying?? I work as a CNA on NOC shift and during the day I sleep and help my disabled grandmother do somethings and I would just like to know if I should worry about losing the weight or not.
