Possibly Implantation?

Ok ladies so I just ended my period exactly 7 days ago, i was feeling some discomfort in my vagina something that I’ve never felt kind of like a sting? Thought maybe It could be a yeast infection an hour later I went to pee and I looked into the toilet and saw a small light pink piece of tissue it was very small like 2-3cm. I ignored it the next day around 7pm i went to pee again and as i wiped there was a very small amount of pink blood I’d say the size of a quarter? Has anybody experienced this? I’m so confused because I haven’t been taking care of myself and I already had a miscarriage so I’m so paranoid 💔😩😢
