Changing pill times
I take my pill at 5pm each day but working shifts are making this hard so I want to change to morning time around 9am.
If I take it 5pm today will I take it at 9am in the morning then just continue this taking it at 9am the following morning?
And will it take a couple of days to remain protected or should this not really matter?
