I feel so bad. At some point last night, the baby woke to nurse. I always get on my phone while breastfeeding to keep myself occupied and awake, but this time I must’ve been so tired that I didn’t even pick it up.

I then woke up who knows how much later, not even realizing I’d fallen asleep. Could’ve been a few hours for all I know. Baby was fine, but I’m not! I always told myself I’d never bedshare or fall asleep with the baby on my boob. The sleeping conditions weren’t even safe, there were pillows and blankets and the we were near the edge of the bed. 😩 I’m lucky my baby is ok.
