Food posioning?

I woke up at 4 am today had a very bad stomach ache and sweating... the pain comes and goes its really painful can it be food poisioning from last night? Should i be worried???

Drink plenty of water and avoid solid foods. That way anything in your stomach will go away ( sounds like your gonna start having diarrhea)

You would be throwing up by now if it was food poisoning... your stomach is probably just upset

Also wear is the pain? If it’s the lower right and is increasing getting more painful or sharper it could be you appendix
