My boyfriend of 3.5 years broke up with me yesterday because I asked him why he was in a mood and we fell out, he said we fall out over stupid things and he can’t deal with that. He mentioned I ruined his birthday and two holiday trips by falling out with him.

I have never felt so numb and broken, I tried to call him to talk and it’s not something he wants to ever work on.

He told me his mates and parents have asked him if he’s ok. But he was the one who ended things whilst I’m sat in my bedroom with no family giving a shit and no one has asked if I’m ok.

I have no idea what I’m going to do. There’s no way to make it up to him and there’s no way he wants me back.

I’m such a shitty person, I can’t believe I have done this
