My husband and I were ttc and found out we were having an ectopic pregnancy. I had to undergo emergency surgery and lost my right Fallopian tube in the process.

I’ve now had 3 cycles since & still no luck. My gyno wants me to keep trying for another 6 months before we look at other options. Every month during our ovulation dates I feel good and then anxiety kicks in when my period is due. I’m scared it’s going to happen again and then I also have the feeling of hopelessness when I get my period. Any advice would be appreciate.
