UPDATE: 6 weeks post partum

Hi all. I'm excited at 6 weeks post partum, because today is the day I start my body transformation journey. I know this will be my last baby, and I'm ready to do something for me, to get my body in shape for good. I am still pumping and breastfeeding, and go back to work on Monday. My goals are to lose at least 10#, eat healthier, and tone my body (decrease body fat). I'm going to try to avoid sweets (my biggest downfall with my diet), and have a 6 week simple workout plan to start. After that 6 weeks, if I am down my 10#, then I plan to start the Body boss workouts. I'm drinking 2 liters of water per day as well. Has anyone tried Body boss? And does anyone has any other advise, for healthy diet? Anyone want to start with me to hold each other accountable? Wish me luck!

2 weeks later.....down 6.8# and feeling stronger. I completed the same workout both weeks, and was able to do it this week without needing to break it up over the day. gotta keep going!
