When to take vitex??
I started taking it last cycle on day 8 (right when I got them) I’ve been taking them every day 2x400mg in the morning. Today CD36/CD1 I started my period 😭😭 do I keep taking them without a break? Or do I stop until AF is gone then start again? Should I up my dose to 1200mg? What else can I do?! Please!!! This will be cycle #5
