PERIOD CRAMPS

So I’m sat in my bedroom crying my eyes out because of how bad these are. I’ve taken paracetamol and hour ago and hasn’t kicked in I can’t go for a bath or have a hot water bottle because it is way to hot any other ideas I can do that get rid of them so quick please
