I've noticed that the week after my period is over or so one of my nipples gets some dry skin on the inside of the hole? It also gets a red ring around the tip.

It doesn't itch or burn much at all. It just sticks up a little easier than usual during that time and has that dry skin/flaky stuff coming off a little bit.

I have used this scented lotion by Aveeno but I'm not sure if there's something better to use?

(Note; I'm not currently pregnant but did start on a new birth control pill and then switched to Nexplanon. That's when it started happening).
