Any insights opinions or past experiences??

My day of ovulation was between June 24-27 idk exactly when AF was due but I spotted around evening time not a constant flow just only when I wipe I tested ovulation after I wiped and looks like I'm about to ovulate again shouldn't it had been negative ?? and today ovulation looks positive . can you ovulate 2 weeks after ovulation!?
