I’ve been off the pill for about 7 months now (stopped taking them around the beginning of the year) and I still haven’t had a period... I know it’s pretty normal and it takes a while for hormones to regulate and balance out. I had been taking the pill for about 5 years and, from what I remember, I had quite irregular periods anyway..

Girls who have stopped the pill: how long did it take for your periods to come back and regulate? Not sure when to start worrying 🤷🏼‍♀️
