TTC since March 2017, ectopic pregnancy January 2018

Hi all, I am after advice, I recently suffered an ectopic pregnancy in January 2018- treated with methotrexate. We have been TTC ever since. I've only recently started using ovulation sticks purely because I never understood how they worked. Any way I have been doing one daily and this is my latest one? Is it a positive or negative? Glow shows that my ovulation day is Friday 20th July. Any helpful comments will be most greatful
