Okay I have a couple of questions if you don’t mind giving me some advice & answers :)

My partner and I are going to start trying for a baby. I’m 21 - we have been together for 4 years and just feel like we are completely ready. We are in a great stage of our lives right now.

1. I was wondering if there was a position which would make it more effective?

2. Is it okay to have sex on your period? I’m only very light as I’m at the end now.
