Confused and need help!!!

So my last period was 6/10/18-6/17/18. I had sex 3 times during my ovulation period. I am now 7 days late. However, I feel more pregnant every day. I’m having terrible nausea, insomnia, moody, I am urinating every 10 mins, I have some discharge but clear, and I’m extremely tired. I did take about 5 pregnancy tests this past week. I work in OB at a hospital so I did 5 UPTs and some have a second faint line and some had none. A doctor I work with stated they aren’t great tests and to do clear blue. I bout 2. There was a faint line in one but not the other. I am having the worst hot flashes as well. I am not sure what to do. I did an HCG quant(blood test), but it was about 4 days after the date I should have ovulated in so of course that was negative. Any reason why I feel pregnant but these tests are all different? I’m so anxious it’s killing me. Thank you!!!!
