I normally don't have cramps until the first day of AF, and ONLY for the first day of AF, but I've had cramps on and off now for two days and still no AF. Just then I was laying on the couch and started cramping and was sure I'd started, but when I went to the bathroom there's nothing there. I'm two days late and I've never experienced anything like this before. Guess this is a new thing I get to deal with? This journey is hard enough without my body throwing new things at me...
