Diaper rash cause??

Can someone help us figure out what’s causing this? This is the second time he’s had it like this. We’re always on top of his diapers. I just want him to feel better. He’s ebf and 9 weeks old.

Corn starch! My son had a bad rash a few weeks after he was born so everytime we’d bathe him we’d let him air dry and then put cornstarch on it, everytime it looks like he’s getting another one well put it on and it does the trick! We also use A&D; ointment

When you wipe him, take a cloth like a pit up rag and dry off his butt.

Make sure his bum is dry before putting diaper cream on, I keep a few dry wipes handy by the changing table

My son is 7 weeks tomorrow and he never gets a rash, it goes straight to blisters! I keep up with his nappies, dry his bum off after wiping, put cream on when needed. I've had several nappy brands to go through so I know its not the nappy brand. I'm now questioning if it's something in my diet as I read that can cause it, maybe see if that's what's up with your baby too?

to much moisture normally. could also be the brand of diaper. have you tried baby powder to keep him dryer ?

What kind of baby wipes do you use?  My son i swear was born with diaper rash and was to the point it would bleed when barely touched. I switched to huggies natural care wipes and no diaper rash since and  hes 2 now..

Could be the wipes. My daughter she sensitive skin. We had to do all natural nappies and sensitive aloe wipes.

let him sit without a diaper and then put destin or beaudeax butt paste once it clears use a+d to keep a moisture barrier. he could have virus or if breast fed could be something you ate or the diaper or just flat out had to.much moisture
