Hey ladies!!

I’m 13 and I just got my period about a month ago. I tried using a tampon and it really really hurts!!! When I walked I felt it and when I sat down it really hurts. My friends told me that I should stick my tampon further into the vagina but I can’t stick it up anymore.

My mother cannot help me as she doesn’t use tampons. My friends tell me that I have inserted it incorrectly which worries me so much!!

Any suggestions??
