I'm almost 5 months PP. I had 2 epidurals, a direct dose, and a spinal block all with this delivery (which is my first). I started having some back pain last month. I think it's related, does anyone have any experience with this? Have any advice? We found out in the hospital that my body does not respond to pain medications, lucky me, so any natural remedies?
