Indigestion 🙃


I’m currently 14-15 weeks pregnant and I haven’t gotten morning sickness but regardless what I eat, I have super bad indigestion. I know pregnancy can slow your digestive track down but no matter what I do, I still spend all day & wake up during the night feeling like garbage. Gravol helped at first (midwife approved) and she gave me diclectin but Im not sure if it’ll help. I tried making ginger tea and adding honey but it hasn’t done much either unless I made it wrong or something , anything else I can do?? I’d love to eat without spending hours after feeling nauseous and unable to eat what I’m craving 😅
