Gift for Fertility specialist office

So I know that we’ve already spent tens of thousands of dollars (out of pocket..... stupid insurance doesn’t cover) but my fertility doctor and her staff were so amazing that I wanted to give them gifts. Is this inappropriate? I’m 12 weeks and have my last appointment next week. I’ll do a thank you note of course but was thinking getting some nice jewelry (bracelets) for the lab tech, the three nurses I worked with most and my doctor. I mean I saw them every week for 3 months and prior to that at least twice a month since September.
