Twinges, should I be happy?

Is twinges a good sign ? I've never felt something that this. It feels like flutters.

I don't want to burst your bubble but I've been getting them my last few cycles.  I know it's difficult but symptom spotting will drive you crazy!

When we are TTC we are listening to our bodies more than we ever have before. Sometimes things we never would have noticed we now notice every twinge and flinch because we are listening and paying such close attention.
