Cramping after sex???

So for the last few month any time we have sex I get cramps after, like painful make me sick cramps. I was just wondering if anyone else got them and if it was normal

Yeah, I’ve been through this before! I noticed that there was a pattern to it though, it was either a certain position we were in or a certain part of my cycle. I don’t know if it’s normal or not, but maybe try and see if there’s a pattern to when you have pain or if there’s a time when you don’t? Hope this helps!

I would suggest talking to your ob. I would have that at times to with certain positions and sometimes I'll bleed after wards. talked to my ob about and she did some tests and foundout what my problem is.
