Sudden cervical pain?

Hi! We have been uber busy. Traveling and such. Today I started feeling sudden and sharp cervical pain. This is my second child and didn’t have this with my first. Should I be concerned?

I've been told just pain usually is your body preparing itself for the baby and not to really worry unless its severe and bleeding.  but if your really concerned it doesn't hurt to call your doctor for piece of mind.

I've always been told pain is normal - blood is not.  But, as always,  if you're concerned its better to get checked.
