Seafood during pregnancy?

So I ate a lot of crab last night and tonight my family wants to go to sushi. I usually only get one roll which has spicy crab meat and cooked shrimp. Think I’ll be okay? I’m currently 7/8 weeks pregnant.

You’re fine.
Cooked rolls are always safe to eat, and raw fish is fine provided that it’s from a reputable place. You always run the risk of food borne illness when it comes to raw meat, just like any other time you eat sushi. I’ve eaten it my entire pregnancy and have had zero problems. 
Seafood generally is very safe to eat, so long as you’re either avoiding high mercury fish (like tuna) or eating it in moderation.

Yes, cooked sushi is fine. I had some a few weeks ago at 8wks and baby is fine!!

You can have as much shrimp and crab as you’d like cuz it’s not high in mercury and the only way to eat enough for it to be harmful would be insane amount of shrimp or crab
