Help!! Ovary Pain...Sore to Touch?

Question

My left ovary appears to be swollen. In the last couple hours I have started having a constant, dull, achy pain and it is sore to the touch. Also, I can feel a "ball" when I touch it. It does not feel this way on the other side.

​Also, my DH and I BD 2 days ago. I was sore until this morning (not normal for me) and I had a significant amount of bleeding after (typically I have light spotting right away, but this lasted for most if the day after).  Glow says today is my 27% day and tomorrow is the highest percentage, to give you an idea of where I am on my cycle.

​Is this normal? Had anyone experienced this before?  I am calling the Gyn tomorrow, but I'm worried and hoping someone might know what's going on.

sounds like a cyst. i have pcos . pain to familar. it will get worse if it pop. see a doc.

Had same in January, dr monitored it 4 6months, thinks it's endo. & I need to get a lap. Good luck

I had pretty much the same symptoms as this for about 4 months, found out it was a cyst.

Sounds like a cyst and it'll go away on it's own. Sometimes they're really painful. Good luck

Could also be a fibroid. :(

I have PCOS and I have never bled from it. Sometimes I can feel small bumps but nothing like that. I would get checked out asap. That sounds like something that needs to be removed with surgery. Are you sure you aren't pregnant? It could possibly be an ectopic.
