A week ago i had very light spotting that looked like a dark reddish almost brownish color that was in my cm only lasted a day and was 6-7 days after my ovulation time.but my period was due today and nothing. i am on birthcontroll pills, yes i have missed a few days twice but took them when I remembered. My symptoms are mid to lower back aches some breast tenderness the past 2 days, had some nausea yesterday hungry urges sometimes noticed when i wake up in the morning feels like my bladde is gonna explode seems like i almost dont make it... could this be pregnancy?
