Cramping and pain
So I’ve had the kyleena iud for about six weeks now. Ever since gettin it inserted I have been bleeding, but about a week and a half ago I started bloating constantly and having severe cramps in my lower abdomen/ uterus area. I also have extreme pain in my lower back and shooting pains literally up my vagina. They are so bad as I am writing this and I feel lightheaded and nauseas. I am so scared please help me with what is going on.
