Weight loss tips
Hey everyone . So I am 5' 1" and 194 lbs....I work 30 hours (so I guess it's full time) , full time mom, and the tiredness is really real at this point. My LO is still not one yet. So I have keep the energy. I'm on B.C. and want to get off. any suggestions to getting down the weight?. My first goal is to lose 30 lbs.
