Do I have to wait longer

I had a two day cycle this month and that’s very usual for me usually it 6-7 days long....yes I have had what is supposed to be a cycle and I was pregnant...I was 2 1/2 month pregnant when I found out I was the first time... fast forward I’ve been cramping a lot and I’m having symptoms feeling like I’m pregnant... I took the bleach test and it gave me the results I was pregnant... took all the other tests and they been negative..has anyone experienced being pregnant and never getting positive pregnancy test??? Should I wait longer and retest again???
