Did metformin work for any of you when it came down to having babies?

I’m currently taking it and trying to have another. I was diagnosed with PCOS. just looking for answers.

I was pregnant in April and was prescribed metformin to reduce the risk of miscarriage due to PCOS. Sadly it ended in a miscarriage anyway. I continued taking the metformin and after once cycle I got pregnant again. Sadly it was a CP. 
Note that there isn’t a link between the metformin and the miscarriages.

I fell pregnant 3 years after taking metformin however in the end it did work for me and heres why.. 1. it regulated my very irregular periods 2. it got rid of my PCOS.  Good luck
