Some help please?

Ok so it was my first time buying a testing kit for Ovulation.. i’m new to TTC and glow says i should ovulate in around 4days and and another i have says i should ovulate tomorrow. I could only see my bf yesterday as he goes away for work for a couple of weeks. We made sure to BD yesterday just incase i ovulate during the next 4days..

On friday night i tested and there was only one line and today i tested (ovulating kit) again and there’s a faint second line, does that mean i am due to ovulate soon or i have already ovulated? i’m scared ive missed my chance☹️
