Girl/boy twin mommys

Curious? This whole "ramzi" method has me wondering. Any mommy out there have the babies on the same side of the placenta (6-8 week sono) but then wound up having one of each sex? I would love to have one and one but this ramzi method has me thinking it won't happen! (My 8 week sono below)
