Vitex for pcos
I’ve read that vitex has been beneficial in helping women with hormonal imbalances achieve regular cycles. Has anyone had luck with this supplement? I also started taking saw palmetto. Currently on a prenatal vitamin, fertility tea, and progesterone cream. Thanks!
