pregnacy test

So recently I got my IUD out due to my body trying to reject it. I had it in for almost a year. Had my first period without it in. It was awful! Just recently my fiance an I decided we wanted to try TTC baby #2. We had sex after my period was over and our on ovulation day. Also the days for high chances. However, now I am getting awful headaches, my mood swings are off the wall again, I get super nauseous during the day, eating more and cramping which I never do. I feel a lot different I'm not sure if its now because my body doesn't have the IUD in? i tested a few days agonit was negitive My period is due in 5 days. Do you think its possible I could be pregnant? Please help! I'm freaking out.
