I think as long as you are in a committed relationship with two mature people and steady income with a house of your own age doesn't matter (obv 18+).

Whenever you are mature enough and if you can take care of yourself on your own you don’t want to not be able to support a kid and have the kid grow up in a bad home

Whenever you are ready and financially stable. I was 30 but I didn’t have enough money, luckily people like to help new mothers so i got by. my daughter is now 5 and i still struggle affording things.
