Normally, I know I had a dream about something but always forget when I wake up. There are very few dreams I remember. This one was different. I’ve been in a relationship for 7 months now and the guy in this dream was someone who I hooked up with last summer. My current boyfriend doesn’t like this guy because he has a rep for being a bit of a man hoe and always has eyes for me when we go out. So, we’ll call this guy Joe. I saw Joe in my dream and we were happily getting along, but I left him and broke his heart. Later, he came back to me crying and holding a baby in his arms. I was so confused because this baby couldn’t have been more than a few months old but I knew it wasn’t mine so I had no idea where it came from. However, the baby had extreme frostbite and was solid blue. Joe begged for help and sobbed as he gave me the baby. As soon as I took it, the baby began to warm up and turn back to its normal color. It looked at me and immediately began smiling. Joe was so happy he cried. I smiled down at the baby and it held on to my finger. All of a sudden, the baby exploded into a million pieces. The pieces were shiny, like diamonds or bits of a mirror or glass. It was so bizarre and I still don’t know what to make of it. It felt like it had so much meaning behind it but I haven’t been able to figure it out.
