My dog will not quit whining, help.
He is fed, watered, and has no injuries. He isn't sick. One of the neighborhood girl dogs is in heat. He smells her outside, and he wants her so bad that he feels the need to whimper about it NONSTOP. All day. Barking and crying. I seriously can't take it. It's making me crazy.
To top it off, I am staying in someone else's house for the next month. They have a baby, and whenever their baby sleeps, I have to try my best to keep him quiet.
