Since is was 17, I was diagnosed with endometriosis so I’m quite use to and can identify this type of cramping and pain.

Late last night my husband and I had sex. Now, the cramping is pretty severe and just like my period cramps (which are hellacious). There was only a tiny bit of light red spotting afterwards but I think that’s because I was on top and not quite gentle. I’m only 4-5 weeks pregnant and this is my second child. I had a miscarriage about a year ago and haven’t been able to successfully conceive until now due to all the scaring from the cysts and such. I’m not wanting to use my heating pad since I’m not suppose to use it more than 15 mins and that wouldn’t really help me. I’m nervous as hell and don’t want to go through another miscarriage. This pain isn’t subsiding.

Has anyone else felt this much pain in cramping this early in their pregnancy after sex?
