I want my friend back

Back in February I met someone at the skating rink I fell in love with him at first sight and then I find out he was on a 2 year probation for marajana and 2 days later I find out he’s on it too because of indesciney of a child he touched my thigh but I didn’t mind my friend jade was there and she told her parent about him and they told him to stay away from me and her my mom still let’s me talk to him but I let him come in between me and my friend I really want my friend back I need advice to talk to her about starting over
