Is this Triphasic chart?
not really sure but what this chart can mean so far??
having terrible feet n thigh cramps since 3 days. stabbing pain once in while on left side abdomen, lowerback n cramps since 4 days.
Sharp pain in boobs(rare though) , cleveage n left armpit..
i dunno if it is hcg or progestroene doing it😓😓😓
9dpo today. Negative preg tests so far..AF due in 5 days
