Pregnancy Fitness App

I was active and worked out at Orangetheory prior to finding out I was pregnant. Due to a couple concerns in my first trimester I stopped. Now I walk about 3-4 miles a couple days a week but I’m looking for a bit more. Does anyone recommend a good workout app? I recently heard about Aaptiv but know nothing about it.

Have you considered going back to OTF and modifying to just walk on the treadmill or use the spin bike/strider? If you’re walking 3-4 miles you’re already definitely going much further than you’d get in an OTF class and this way you’d get the full body workout with body weight/free weights.

Did your doc say you can’t do orangetheory? That’s what I do, though I’m only about 6 weeks now. But we have pregnant women in class all the time that look like they’re ready to pop! In fact we had a coach last year that was working out/coaching up until her due date

I did OTF until about 8 weeks. At that time my doctor did some test and my hormone levels were low so he asked that I take it easy through my first trimester. I just decided to cancel my membership at that time. Now I’m in my third trimester and feeling so crappy. I need something.
