Very little spotting IUD

I got the hormonal IUD inserted about 3 weeks ago. I can feel the strings and everything is going great. However, I have not had prolonged bleeding. I got my normal period and a few days of spotting before and after but nothing else. Is this normal or something to worry about?

I feel like most people have prolonged spotting, so I thought I would ask! Thanks:)
