I’ve gotten these all through my pregnancy and never before in my life. They are super painful and bleed when I brush over them. I started using a specific gum cleansing mouthwash and it’s helped. It’ll just take a couple/few weeks for it to go away.

Thats an ulcer. Putting sea salt directly in it will help heal it quickly, but it’s gonna hurt like hell. Orajel makes a mouth rinse for ulcers that helps some as well, but not as quickly.

Canker sore. The first time I got one it lasted for days and I was hating the pain and googled cures and found baking soda. I got some a just swished it around my mouth and the next day it was gone!

if it forms a white head or drains at all go to your dentist bc you could have a periapical abscess and will more than likely need root canal and antibiotics. #endondonticassistant
