We were lucky enough to get pregnant after my RE prescribed Femara and a trigger shot.  At this point I'm 7.5 weeks along with what appears to be a healthy baby, but at my first ultrasound this week the tech noticed 4 35mm fluid filled sacs surrounding my ovaries and mentioned that they were taking up a lot of my uterus.  I've been quite bloated and have experienced pain in that region off and off since we found out we're pregnant.  At this point I've been instructed to abstain from exercise, but that was the only suggestion I've been given.  Did any of you experience this?  If so, did they go down on their own?  Is there anything I can do to help the situation?
