Everytime me and my boyfriend have sex afterwords for like 4 days I feel raw down there, hurts to wipe  and sometimes itchy....any advice

You could be too dry. Make sure you're getting enough foreplay and that you use lube. I recommend silicone based lube since it doesn't dry out like water based. It's safe to use with condoms, but not silicone toys. 
Alternatively, if you're too clenched down there, vaginal dilators could help.
